one year

ONE thing I know after this ONE year of marriage is that Zach is definitely my ONE and only.

thin crust chicken alfredo pizza

cook the chicken in a skillet
shred chicken or cut into small chunks

cook the crust for 2 minutes
top the crust with alfredo sauce, chicken, spinach, sliced tomatoes, and mozzarella cheese.
bake for another 5minutes or so....

eat!

we had fun with the croxford family at the annual bear lake trip! the kids got a hit out of the huge fish at the dock. we fed some a few goldfish crackers and all the other fish came a runnin...or, a swimmin! zach then started tempting the fish with his finger tips and the kids giggled for a while! he is the favorite uncle recently (or just the newest!) thanks for the fun trip, fam!

1. i want to learn about gardening. meg...when can I come learn?
2. i can sing the whole intro, word for word, to the Fresh Prince of Bel Air show. sad, I know.
3. i love watching Rachel Ray cook. she makes it look so easy! i want to get into cooking more.
4. i love bread in every form and flavor. yay carbs! :)
5. i want to start a foundation for children with disabilities in Ecuador.
6. i painted our bathroom all by myself and I think it looks pretty dang good! now that kitchen. what should i do with those ugly tiles? no color will go well. hmm.
7. i love amusement park rides!
8. i often drive around and just look at houses -- I love it!
9. i can fold my tongue all funny so it looks sort of like a 'w'.
10. when i am tired my eyes go all crooked and funny.
