we spent christmas morning with the croxford's. spoiled, as usual with some of these fun gifts:
and coolest of all...
then off for a quick trip to Arkansas to...
where we got:

and again spoiled, we received this awesome video camera

what a great (and way too fast!) holiday spent with family!
now, we welcome 2009...happy new year!
p.s. to anyone who has to fly somewhere for christmas, DO NOT pack wrapped gifts in your checked bag. you think when you check your bag that your things are safe...think again. the presents that we had packed to Arkansas were stolen by some airport worker. :(

Someone stole your presents?!? I cannot believe that! Sounds like you had a wonderful Christmas :) You and your husband are so cute together! You look so happy in all of your pictures.
Ok, wait? They seriously stole your presents??? That's awful, but i believe it. I flew to Utah for Christmas, it's so stressful right?!? Happy New Year!
That's awful! We had $450 dollars taken from a bank account that we're trying to sort out too. It's not good to happen anytime of the year but I'm always more shocked when they happen at Christmas time, is that just me? Well, it looks like your Christmas was fabulous despite it, Happy New Year!
I can't believe that! Did you guys report that it was stolen? How lame for someone to do that. We fly home on Sunday and I'm so sad that we haven't seen you guys yet. It's just been too short of a trip to fit in all that we've wanted to do. Hopefully we'll be back this summer for an internship and then we'll have more time. It sounds like you guys had a good Christmas though and I hope you have a Happy New Year!!!
Looks like you had a great Christmas!! That stinks about the gifts that were stolen.. That'll make ya mad.. grr :)
how absolutely FUN!!!! love all your gifts.
and we actually had gifts stolen from us last christmas on our way back from san francisco. such a bummer- so sorry to hear that.
AND, love your christmas card. you're so lovely and thoughtful. MISS YOU!
I can't believe your presents were stolen!! That's so sad. Did you contact the airline about it? They better reimburse you those little stinkers! Glad you had such a great Christmas.
What fun Christmas! I especially love the apron...can you snag the pattern from you mom-in-law? I'd love to make one (or 20...cooking is so much more fun in a sassy apron!)
Jaci I just found your blog! So happy right now...
Of course we can be blogging friends. Never underestimate what people can do!! It's fun to see you at Summit!
I love the holidays and spending time with family. That's so great you got to see both sides. That video camera is going to GREAT when you have kids. We waited until Aliyah was like 5 months and I'm sad we missed all that time on film.
