zach and i are spending the summer on the patterson 'farm' in arkansas.
we found these birds just barely hatched out by the garage. incredible.
and these little guys bring the dog total to 10! they out number the humans around here. then add 4 horses to that. you get the idea.
(I want to take this little one home to utah with us!)

I can't believe Mommy bird let you get close enough for a shot of those chicks! Amazing!
I will definitely NOT show these puppy pictures to Kate or she'll want one for sure.
