his name is Cache
just look at that face! he's got a little white "soul patch" on his chin.

cache is one of fives puppies - three black ones and two brown ones. the daddy is a pure bread weimeraner, and the mom is a mut - something crossed with an australian shepherd. but, the puppies look a lot more like daddy!

Jac, our wild and crazy Mel is a mut too, but we love her. Too bad they don't stay small and cute like that forever. Can you believe we got Soda when she was that small!

Okay, so I've never thought much of dogs... but that one is probably the cutest I've ever seen! What a prize Jaci! I think it would have been hard for EVEN ME to not want to bring that cute little puppy home! Congratulations on the newest addition to your family :)
Thanks for the comment you left on my blog-- I'm glad we can finally keep in touch too! To answer your question, we're living with my mom and dad right now while our house is being built in Farmington. My sister Kenzie and her husband Shane bought our town home at the end of February :)
Too bad you can't freeze them that size. Puppies are SO cute, but they grow up even faster than babies!
